Our Story

Originally founded in 2019 as GSA Link, Inc., our journey began with Melissa Clark and her son Ryan Clark on a mission to connect, empower, and inspire LGBTQ+ school-aged youth throughout Massachusetts.

Over time, mentoring relationships between the young people and adults in the program naturally began to form, and our focus and name have evolved to Linked Mentoring.

Now, we are a national, remote-first organization, having served over 100 LGBTQ+ young people and 450 LGBTQ+ families across 4 states and counting in building affirming intergenerational mentoring relationships.
